Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Drop In Fee: Members $3.25 / Non Members $6.25

Stretch and Strength

A specialized trainer will lead the group through various strength training exercises designed to increase ones range of motion, stability and capacity for exercise. Light weights and elastic stretch bands are used.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

9:30 am – 10:30 am
